A rather Lengthy Post

Wooo!
Okay actually, one of the reasons I haven't been blogging is because I had no mood...
and also, I had to study for my supp paper.. =(
Thank God I only had to go for 1...
yeah..
Okay..
ehem...
I'd like to say something..
I am so grateful to have family and friends that care..
They motivated me, gave me their support and wishes and taught me what I didn't understand.. yeahh..
People like Jiralda, Seha, Nisssssaaaaa, my other friends and also Winnie especially..
Yeah, Winnie helped me alot! We like met up at places so that she could teach me.. Like she even met up with me after work one day.. I mean like working is tiring you know.. I'm really grateful that she helped me... =)
Now, my family...
My cousin, Hakeym and my uncle's fiancée helped me alot too!
Well, as for my mum, sis and other family members, they just gave me their support because they don't know nuts about microeconomics... haha No offense..

So I would just like to say a damn big THANK YOU to all of you!!!

Camps, Camps, Camps
Woo hoo I'm going for the OGL camp tomorrow... haha
Then there's the A-team leisure camp coming up soon...wahhh..
hmm...

So anyway, I was doing a little bit of reflection yesterday while I was in the shower... hahha..
yea I know.. What a weird place to do reflecting... hahahaha
okay whatever..
so then I was thinking... what is a Leader?
lead·er [lee-der]
–noun
1.a person or thing that leads.
2.a guiding or directing head, as of an army, movement, or political groups.
Lead
–verb (used with object)
1.to go before or with to show the way; conduct or escort: to lead a group on a cross-country hike.
2.to conduct by holding and guiding: to lead a horse by a rope.
3.to influence or induce; cause: Subsequent events led him to reconsider his position.
4.to guide in direction, course, action, opinion, etc.; bring: You can lead her around to your point of view if you are persistent.

hah. so yeah. I used to be a chairperson in Sec school.. both for my class and for Scrabble..
I was thinking, being a good leader is not about intimidation or how many people you can bully into attending the CCA... Believe me, I used to be like that.. haha
Since poly, I learned a lot of things, in the classroom, through A-team, and also the other activities I participated in..
Now, I am an observer. I know that being a leader is not an easy task. So I observe the people who hold leadership positions. Some are very commendable but there are some who are just suck-ups.
Yes. I said SUCK-UPS.
Anyway, I used to throw tantrums at my CCA juniors in Sec school. They were just so stubborn.
They didn't want to turn up for the CCA. But it was not right of me to do that. You know..?
When I was in sec 4, I realized what I was doing was just not right..

yeahh... So to be able to capture the hearts of the members, leaders should NOT throw tantrums and be angry at their members just because of teeny tiny things and give your bloody ass fucked-up face.. You know?
IT JUST SUCKS.

Another thing. You know some people are very sensitive. Especially girls. You know, when its that time of the month and their hormones have gone haywire.. Don't you think that you should cut down on the LAME CRAPPY ASS things that are coming out of your mouth that you think is funny? I mean, enough is enough... Are you so blind to everything else that you don't see how people react to your so-called joke? Ya, everyone else might be laughing but how do you think person who is at the brunt of your "joke" is feeling? Are you such a lackwit that you don't notice these little things?

UGH
