Treasure your grandparents.

Really, you should treasure your grandparents while they're still around, while they're still healthy.
It hurts to see them in pain and missing their children. their only son.
I'm talking about the relationship between my grandfather and my father.

You see, their family had a big fight when they were younger that estranged the father from son.
Not only the father and his ONLY son suffered, but a mother and son, parents-in-law and their daughter-in-law and aslo grandparents with 3 of their grandchildren. 2 girls and a boy.

I went to visit my grandfather just now, all that's left of him was skin and bones.
It hurt to see my grandmother with tears clouding her eyes.
It hurt to see my grandfather just lying on his bed looking at people without recognizing who they are.
It hurt to see that he can't talk, that no one understands his sign language, no one understands what he wants.
All in all, it just HURT to see him like that.
I could see it in his expression that he was waiting, just waiting for something. Or someone.

I HOPE MY FATHER'S HEART SOFTENS TOWARDS HIS FAMILY AND GO SEE HIS FATHER.

I really really really love them. I just don't know how to show it to them.

My other grandfather, who is hard of hearing, like to talk to me to give me advice or just talk to me for the sake of talking to someone, and when he starts to talk (when he starts, its hard to stop him) to me, I used to try and avoid it coz I thought it was irritating. Now, I'll listen to him.

Don't be rude to your elders.
No matter who they are.
Your Mother, Father, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles.
Love them for who they are.
